Formally known as the "Wine Warehouse" we have been successfully trading in South
East Essex since 1985. Since starting, we have provided goods and services at hundreds
of wedding, parties and celebrations. With our expertise, and attention to detail,
we have established a reputation as a company that cares.
Much of our business is by word of mouth recommendation, and it is not uncommon for
us to provide Bar Services within the same circle of family and friends again and
again.
Whether for a small wedding reception or a large company Christmas party, in a village
hall or marquee, we can provide a comprehensive range of party packages to ensure
that the function is hassle free.

Fully Inclusive Fixed Price Bar
With this package we provide a fully stocked and staffed Bar, serving unlimited drinks for a fixed price of between £6.00 to £9.00 per person. The Bar includes draught lager and bitter, packaged beers, cider, spirits, wines, mixers and soft drinks. All glasses, bar equipment, delivery and removal are included within the price. Although children are catered for they are not included in the price calculation.
No Spirits Fixed Price Bar
For those who either want to provide their own spirits, or simply do not want spirits at the function, we can offer our "no spirits" package. This package is identical to the Fully Inclusive package, except that spirits are not included in the package or the price. Prices are typically around £4.00 to £7.00 per person, again, children are not included in the price calculation.
Full Pay Bar
With this package we provide a fully stocked and staffed Bar, selling drinks to guests at typical pub prices. The Bar includes draught lager and bitter, packaged beers, cider, spirits, wines, mixers and soft drinks. All glasses, bar equipment, delivery and removal from the site are included in the package. Pay Bars require us to apply for a Licence to sell alcohol, and we need do this at least 30 days before the event.
Subsidised Pay Bar
As it name suggests, this package is similar to the Full Pay Bar, however with this package the Host places an amount of money "behind the Bar" to provide drinks free of charge to guests, or to subsidise drinks throughout the evening.
Sale and return
With this package we will sell the drinks to the Host, including draught lagers and bitters, and will give a full re-fund on any drinks returned unopened. If draught lagers or bitters are purchased, we will also supply the equipment, free of charge, to cool and dispense the products.
